Refund policy

1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal‑care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
Once an order is placed and delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, not liking the fragrance/texture, or finding the product unsuitable.

2. No Returns for Opened / Used Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.
Please check your order and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product (Exception)

While we do not offer returns or refunds in general, we will review cases where:

  • The product is received in a physically damaged or leaked condition.

  • You receive a wrong item which does not match your order.

In such cases, you must:

  1. Record an unboxing video and clear photos at the time of opening the parcel.

  2. Email us at care@mrsjind.com (or your support email) within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos and unboxing video of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product received

  3. After review, at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement of the same product or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

If photos/video or timely information are not provided, we may not be able to assist further.

4. Situations Not Covered

We do not provide returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, dislike of fragrance/texture, or “not required anymore”

  • Reaction or result differing from personal expectations (as each skin and hair type is different)

  • Incorrect address, phone number, or other shipping details provided by you at checkout

  • Product used for some time and then reported as “not effective”

  • Orders placed during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (except if damaged/wrong as per Section 3)

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed/dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
