  • You agree to provide correct billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for non‑delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, local restrictions, etc.).

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier. However, we will try to support you in case of major transit issues wherever possible.

6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy due to the hygiene and personal‑care nature of our products, except in limited cases such as damage or wrong product received as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch, as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
