Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship orders within India only, to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel the order or request an alternative address.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Confirmed orders are usually processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • During sale periods, festive seasons or high volume, processing may take 3–5 working days.

Processing time is separate from courier delivery time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines (subject to your location and courier operations) are:

  • Metro / major cities: 2–5 working days

  • Other locations / towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote / difficult‑to‑reach areas: 7–10 working days

These are approximate timelines; actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, local restrictions, etc.

4. Shipping Charges (Based on Courier Partner & Package Size)

  • Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

    • Delivery pin code and serviceability

    • Courier partner rates

    • Volumetric weight / size of the parcel and total order weight

  • In some cases, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotions, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • The final shipping fee (if any) payable by you will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm and pay for the order.

This structure allows us to select the most suitable courier and packaging for your order while keeping costs fair and transparent.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is selectively available on certain pin codes and for selected orders, at our sole discretion. Availability of COD for your address and order value will be shown at checkout.

  • All COD orders attract an additional COD handling fee of ₹50, charged as per our delivery partner’s fee, which will be added and visible at checkout.

  • We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatching COD orders. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse COD orders in cases of past refusals, high risk of non‑acceptance, or other reasons at our discretion.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Undelivered / Re‑delivery

  • If the courier cannot deliver because of incorrect/incomplete address, phone not reachable, customer unavailable, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we may deduct actual forward and return shipping charges (including COD fee, if applicable) as per the courier, and then decide whether the order can be reshipped. Any reshipment, if approved, may attract additional shipping charges.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

We always try to dispatch and deliver orders on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partner issues

  • Strikes, natural calamities, lockdowns, local restrictions

  • Any other events beyond our reasonable control

8. Damaged / Leaked / Wrong Product on Delivery

  • If your order is received in damaged, leaked, or wrong condition, please follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy (unboxing video, photos, and 48‑hour reporting, etc.).

  • These guidelines help us raise a complaint with the courier and support you better.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped and delivered within India only.
